Sitel Group’s annual EmpowerCX Americas event was one to remember! The event took place on April 9-10, 2019, at the Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. This event brought together leading influencers, experts, and organizations looking to enhance their Customer Experience (CX). As a Sitel Group Learning Expert, Learning Tribes exhibited in the CXZone along with the Group’s Digital Experts, Software Experts, and Insights Experts. Attendees visited the CXZone, getting to know the Experts while enjoying an immersive, virtual reality (VR) survey experience powered by Learning Tribes.
Customer experience leader, Sitel, combines comprehensive customer care capabilities with unparalleled digital, training, and technology expertise to help build brand loyalty and improve customer satisfaction. As a true innovator would, Sitel decided to rebrand their annual client event for the Americas. The 2-day event hosted 200+ participants and was packed with engaging keynotes, informative sessions, and fun networking events. Attendees flew in from around the globe, from a wide range of verticals including financial services and insurance, travel & hospitality, retail, media and publishing, healthcare, FinTech, and manufacturing.
The roster of expert keynote speakers spoke on their own methodologies of driving innovation and embracing technology while empowering employees to deliver groundbreaking CX. Learning tribes hosted a breakout session titled, “Lifelong Learning & The Art of Curation” where the Chief Operating Officer, Aaron Schwarzberg, discussed the importance of fostering lifelong learning within organizations and how to accomplish that with content curation.
Learning Tribes participated in a second session, “Partnering for Success,” a panel discussion with our client partners, Alight Solutions. Alight spoke about key takeaways from past training initiatives and experiences with the Learning Tribes team. It was a very insightful discussion, which prompted a lot of interest and participation from the audience.
Overall, the keynotes and sessions touched on a range of themes, including organizational challenges per industry, and the inside track on the future of CX. The event concluded with an engaging, live podcast session, where the hosts of the Experience This! Podcast recorded their next episode with the active participation of the attendees.
