Learning Tribes (U.S.) Promotes From Within To Support Explosive Growth

Miami, FL (September 19, 2019) Clement Grandin, Clarisse Danicic, and Monica Gragg have been promoted to Head of Solutions, Head of Project Strategy and Head of Creative, respectively. These well-earned leadership changes support Learning Tribes’ continued focus on strategic growth, innovation and, most importantly, customer experience and outcomes.

Since joining Learning Tribes France in 2015 and moving to the U.S. in 2017, Grandin has focused primarily on new client sales and helping companies develop efficient learning solutions that tightly align with their business objectives. In his expanded role as Head of Solutions, Grandin leads the Sales and Account Management teams, focusing on new client identification and acquisition as well as various services for existing clients. Furthermore, Grandin will apply his technical expertise to drive innovative solutions and oversee strategy for Triboo (Learning Tribe’s Learning Experience Platform) and Edflex (Learning Tribe’s Learning Curation Platform).

In her previous role as Senior Project Manager at Learning Tribes, Danicic was responsible for full project lifecycle management, including the implementation and deployment of major initiatives for clients. In her new role, she will manage the resources and activities of the Learning Tribes Project Management team and coordinate with key client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, cost management, adherence to scope and client satisfaction.

As Senior Instructional Designer, Gragg consulted with clients in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, technology and finance industries, supporting training design and educational technology implementation. As Head of Creative, Gragg will oversee the facilitation, development, and delivery of all instructional design, eLearning and multimedia initiatives for all Learning Tribes’ clients in the U.S.. She will also manage our team of instructional designers, eLearning experts, and multimedia specialists.
