As a new player in the U.S. market, we’re honored to have received three coveted Brandon Hall recognitions: one gold and two silver awards.
Best Launch of a Corporate Learning University – Gold Award
Customer experience leader, SITEL, needed a solution to train thousands of customer service agents around the world. To satisfy this need, Learning Tribes developed My Academy, a customized BLMS (Blended Learning Management System) that materialized into SITEL’s corporate university. My Academy is now the learning resource to more than 70,000 employees, delivering more than 200 different courses and engaging ~2,700 employees per day.
Best Learning Team – Silver Award
Learning Tribes’ core focus has been to provide clients with training programs and solutions that have a global impact, shorten the learning curve, and accelerate onboarding speed to proficiency. Learning Tribes’ effective teamwork, resourcefulness and new approaches with the My Academy Corporate University, MOOC CX101 training course, and Innovation Lab projects were recognized with this award.
Best Use of Mobile Learning – Silver Award
French airline carrier, Air France, was looking to better understand customer needs and improve service through their agents. Learning Tribes designed a customized mobile learning solution that incorporated real-life situations, storytelling, simulation, games and social interactions for over 5,000 agents. The MARCO project (Mobile Agent for Customer & Operational Relations) provided them with quick access to passenger information and resources to provide better service for Air France customers.
In January 2019, the Learning Tribes team will be honored at the annual HCM Excellence Conference in West Palm Beach, FL.
