On Monday, June 1, 2020, Learning Tribes won Silver for Non-Broadcast Directing and Bronze for Non-Broadcast Writing in the 41st Annual Telly Awards. “Our theme for this season, Telly Award Winners Tell Great Stories is a true reflection of the diversity of stories the community is skillfully able to tell. Now, more than ever, do we need to celebrate them and those that bring global stories to our attention? This award is a tribute to the talent and vision of these creators”. – Sabrina Dridge, Managing Director of the Telly Awards

Going up against 12,000 entries from all 50 states and 5 continents, we’re proud to have had the opportunity to compete with world-class competition in the categories of Non-Broad Directing and Non-Broadcast Writing. Judges scored entries using a performance scale and awarded Gold, Silver, or Bronze based on the combined scores of each judge. Our entries were assessed on the following criteria:

  • Non-Broadcast Directing: Direction of the piece, production, and execution
  • Non-Broadcast Writing: Copy-writing, content, the quality of the message, and the overall experience
