Las Vegas, NV (February 29, 2020) – Learning Tribes graced the stage to receive two gold Stevies at the 14th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, in the categories of Customer Service Training Product of the Year and Customer Service Training Team of the Year – External – All Other Industries.
The Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes eight of the world’s leading business awards programs, which also include the prestigious American Business Awards and International Business Awards.
With over 2,600 nominations of organizations of all sizes and industries from 48 nations, winners were determined by the average scores from more than 180 professionals worldwide on seven specialized judging committees.
Entries were considered in more than 90 categories for customer service and contact center achievements, as well as 60 categories for sales and business development achievements. The categories ranged from Senior Sales Executive of the Year to Sales Training, and from Business Development Executive of the Year to Sales Department of the year. Other categories recognized new products and services and solution providers.
